YOUTH BEACH TOURNAMENTS

VENUE
6 court outdoor courts. Plenty of grass to set up canopy’s and chairs. No onsite water and sometimes there is a portable bathroom.
INFORMATION, CHECK IN, START TIME:
Spring: 8:30am check in. First serve by 9am
Summer (June -August): 7:30am check in. First serve by 8am
Fall (September-Oct): 8:30am check in. First serve by 9am
Tournaments typically end about 2pm
POINTS:
Youth Divisions: accrue AAU points!
AGE DIVISIONS:
- Youth: CLICK HERE
FORMAT (subject to change):
- Pool play
- 3 and 4 team Pools - 1 Game to 28 or match play (depending on tournament)
- 5+ Team Pools - 1 Game to 21
- Play Offs: Top teams will advanced to single-elimination playoffs.
- Prizes and medals awarded to top finishers
- Match play or one game to 28 depending on time and playoff size
PRIZES:
Youth Divisions: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place all divisions with 4 or more teams. More prizes TBD depending on sponsor involvement.
Adult Divisions: Prizes and/or $
PARKING:
Plenty of onsite parking
WEATHER ISSUES:
Event will only be cancelled in the unlikely event of heavy rain, wind, and day-long unplayable conditions. We will email throughout the week with weather info if needed, and the event may be altered to run more quickly if afternoon rain is imminent. If there is a window of playable weather on event day, we'll run during that window by altering start time.
REFUND POLICY:
- Tournaments Cancellations
- If a drop occurs prior to a 2 weeks of the event, a refund will be issued minus a $20 non-refundable deposit
- if a drop occurs within 2 weeks of the event, no refund will be issued
- no processing fee of any credit card transaction will be refunded
Beach Elite tournaments have a great reputation of being fun and competitive. We always have clean music playing and a friendly tournament staff to assist.

DIVISIONS: Girls 12,13,14,15,16,17,18. Boys 12,14,16,18
AGES: 10-18, boys and girls
COST:

2v2 Teams - Early: $55/team. Late: $70 per team
3v3 Teams - Early: $70/team. Late: $100 per team
4v4 Teams - Early: $100/team. Late: $120 per team
