Welcome to Beach Elite's 6th official year of girls indoor club in Southern California! Our club is quickly gaining popularity as a positive, professional and affordable youth volleyball club for coastal Orange County, CA. Our indoor club program is for both beginners to the highly committed and competitive players that want to compete at the highest level.

SEASON OVERVIEW:
Fall 2021 to June 2022. 3 practices a week, about 6 regular season tournaments, optional travel tournaments (JO’s, SoCal Championships, Summer Soiree, etc )

PRACTICES:
3 times per week (optional beach practices included) and 2 times per week when teams have a weekend tournament scheduled. With the nature of covid 19 practices can be subject to change so we will be finalizing practice times and locations with each team individually.

INCLUDED IN PRACTICE FEES:

Player league registration, over 100 practices with assigned club coach and teams, scrimmages, coaching fees, gym and beach court rentals.

INCLUDED IN TOURNAMENT FEES:

Player Uniform Package: Practice T shirt, 2 competition jerseys, 1 spandex, 1 hoodie and backpack.
Team’s club coach at tournaments

Participation in the following tournaments*: 3 Qualifiers and 3 Mandatory tournaments
*There will be an additional fee for the following tournaments should we compete: Junior Olympic Qualifier, Summer Soiree, Junior Olympics, and any other extra tournaments.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:

SCVA MEMBERSHIPS:
A Membership is required for all participants. If a player participated with full membership during the 2020/2021 season, the membership is valid until 8/31/2021. Any player new to the sport or who took a break last season, needs to purchase membership prior to July tryouts. The Tryout Membership can be upgraded to a full season membership after 8/3/2021. The upgrade will be required to join any specific club.

When purchasing membership for a player that is a minor (DOB on or after 7/1/2002) take the following steps.

Create or sign in to a household account in the name of a parent/legal guardian when you click on the link to membership--https://www.sportsengine.com/
To purchase Tryout Membership (valid only for July tryouts for girls 15 and over age divisions at this time) go to the following link: Tryout Membership
On "Who Is This For" click Add Child or click the name of the child if already in the list of people in the household account.
Add and verify player's information to buy the membership.
Every participant in the 14 and under age divisions will need to purchase Tryout or Full membership prior to any tryout. This membership will be available to pre-purchase on 8/3/2021. If purchasing Tryout membership, upgrade to full membership will be required to join a specific club. A Letter of Commitment should be signed by all participants. Once the letter of commitment is signed and turned into one club, the player is then committed to that club. If a player does not follow the tryout procedures and commitment date, she may be suspended for the 2021/2022 season.

Any returning player can provide a membership ID for this season as proof of registration for the July tryouts (for the 15 and older age divisions).

To Obtain Electronic Membership ID:

1. Log into SportsEngine.com

2. Click on Household

3. Click on the box containing the name of person for whom you want to print the membership card.

4. To the right of the profile information for that individual, see the membership information.

5. Click the wallet symbol in the right hand corner of membership information.

6. Click Add to Apple Wallet (works best if on an iPhone) or click Add to Google Pay (better option on computer but requires a log in to a gmail/google account).

7. Follow steps to add and/or print Membership ID.
